Payment method options may vary depending on tenancy type and property location. Tenants should refer to their tenancy agreement or contact support for details.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments are due by date & frequency specified in your tenancy agreement.
• Late payments may incur interest or administrative fees.
• Tenants are responsible for ensuring payments are made on time, regardless of method.

4. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued in cases of overpayment, billing error, or duplicate transactions. Requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed within 14 working days.

5. Deposit

Deposit terms are governed by your tenancy agreement

6. Tenant Obligations

Tenants must:

• Keep contact and payment details up to date
• Use the portal and other payment methods responsibly
• Report issues promptly

7. Landlord Obligations

We will:

• Maintain the portal and ensure secure access
• Provide accurate billing and tenancy information
• Respond to queries within a reasonable timeframe

8. Liability

We are not liable for losses resulting from portal downtime, payment processing delays, or unauthorised access unless due to our negligence.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Disputes will be resolved under Scottish jurisdiction.
